  • Use Master Schedule, Integration Seiban Release Dashboard, and Spares Shipping Dashboard, to track and prioritize spares orders.
  • Create packing list, data list, and provide label information for components included in kit orders.
  • Ensure all kit components arrive by PO promise-date.
  • Release orders to the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to forecast orders.
  • Work with Supply Chain to alleviate parts flow discrepancies.
  • Schedule after-sales Spares orders release dates.
  • Expedite orders with suppliers and warehouse.
  • Process on-time delivery KPI.
  • Monitor inventory levels and material access integrity.
  • Ensure the highest levels of Inventory Accuracy and personal accountability.
  • Recommend solutions to existing processes to reduce waste and improve parts flow.
  • Responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all team deliverables.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders and other departments as needed.
Position Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Production Management, Supply Chain, or commensurate experience.
  • At least two (2) years of experience working in a manufacturing environment or supply chain.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude. Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work overtime, flexible schedules, and weekends as required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with ERP Systems (ORACLE).
  • Previous experience with creating and improving processes.
  • Previous experience with aftermarket business.
