Head of Marketing
Role The mission for this role is to lead the development of COMPANY's marketing capability. Working hand-in-hand with the CEO, you will be responsible for the formalization and creation of our marketing strategy, execution of our marketing campaigns and tactics, and hiring of future marketing team members. We are seeking a Head of Marketing with a proven track record of high performance growth marketing, experience developing marketing strategies from concept to execution, and an analytical mindset that is focused on measuring ROI. The Head of Marketing is responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive new membership. You will work closely with the CPO, and the CEO to collaborate and deliver campaigns that drive membership growth. You will be challenged to drive real business impact, and help COMPANY scale from tens of thousands of members to millions. RequirementsMinimum of five (5) years experience in digital marketing.Experience scaling consumers brands from thousands of followers on social media to hundreds of thousands.Experience building and scaling influencer marketing programs.Experience creating referral and affiliate marketing programs.Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and working knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, and InDesign.Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.Experience with various marketing systems including, but not limited to: marketing automation, analytics, A/B testing, audience segmentation, SEO tools such as Ahrefs, and social media management.Experience with advertising including paid social, SEM, and remarketing.Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.Previous experience in a membership organization is a plus.Experience working at a venture capital backed start up is a plus.
