Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company. WHAT YOU GOTTA HAVE: To be successful in this role: * 1-3 years maintenance or trade (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) experience. Apartment maintenance experience is a plus! * High school education or equivalent certification. * Prefer you have experience in the areas of carpentry, dry wall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair. * Be a problem solver we make pigs fly, so help us make the impossible, POSSIBLE. * Valid driver's license and insurance (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation. * Desire to shine.
