Must have highly effective interpersonal communications skills to interact with inter-professional staff, patients, families, visitors, and other hospital employees. Must have the ability to work as part of a team and function as a liaison in the provision of support services to adults and their family. Must be able to collaborate with a team to form a transitional plan to support and facilitate access to a recovery program. Must be able to manage time and set priorities for tasks.
