Description:Unique opportunity for seasoned finance professional/entrepreneur to join established organization to take the company to next level. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: financial and operational controller duties for niche financial service/payroll tax service working with Board of Directors and senior management to set strategic goals for financial operating activities reviewing company financial information and adjusting operational budgets to promote profitability maintaining company financials to post monthly financial statements evaluating and implementing financial controls managing daily finance department tasks to completion (bank reconciliations, ACH reconciliation/cleanup, commissions payouts, bank positive pay, payroll controls, etc.) Qualified candidates will demonstrate experience managing financial controls, routine financial reporting, supervising and training clerical staff responsible for AP/AR and bookkeeping.
