Come to IBM and make a global impact!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this exciting role you will provide overall management of the DevOps team supporting Maximo production and non production environments, while providing direct support to other internal teams supporting business process transformation, training, end user support, and PMO operations. The PM directs the quality control, project prioritization, project estimation, project selection, project planning (including WBS, schedule and resource planning) and ongoing status reporting to both internal and external teams and leadership.50 % Manage team operations on (On Client Site, Washington DC).20 % Support to Project prioritization, estimation, selection, planning, execution, and closing. (On Client Site)15 % Direct support to other teams Business Transformation, Training, User Support. (On Client Site)10 % Present/Support Presentation to internal and external leadership and stakeholders. (On Client Site)5 % Direct support to IBM Project Delivery processes. (Mobile/IBM Site)Security Clearance: Active Top SecretRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience working in a SDLC or Enterprise Application Implementation team. Experience working in a Maximo implementation or operations program in a PM, PMO or Team lead role. Experience with Agile Development and Project Management Processes. Understanding of Configuration/Change Management tools, ie Jira. Ability to lead client meetings with project stakeholders. Project Planning, estimation, and scheduling using MS Project. Comfortable with learning technology, as role will cross train into other team roles.Security Clearance: Active Top SecretPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseProject or Portfolio Manager Understanding of IBM Maximo and/or Asset Management Processes.SCRUM Master, Product Owner or Team Lead experience.
