This position will serve as the application/solution architect on the Oracle HCM Fusion Platform and related Oracle PaaS/IaaS supported products. This person will make sure we have the right solution being designed considering impacts to the system health, overall operational system performance metrics, business process efficiencies and alignment to overall technical direction of the platform. Serves as a technical expert of Oracle HCM Fusion platform & related HR applications and platforms. Serves as our Oracle HCM Fusion platform architect, working with the service providers, vendors and Enterprise Architects to maintain stated architectural direction of the platform, updating as needed to meet business challenges Responsible for the end to end technical and functional solutions of the platform across multiple integrated business processes (Hire to Retire). Leads service provider, vendor and team members to align on proposed architecture and solutions to meet busines requirements Lead architecture discussions on new proposals and enhancements to the platform and/or business process requirements Resolves and makes decisions on more complex, non-routine service requests with limited to moderate risk. Performs research, analysis, design, creation and implementation of applications to meet current and future user requirements. Directs Service Providers, vendors and team members to modify and maintain existing applications to address changes in business processes. Ensures Service Providers achieve contracted service delivery outcomes by leading requirements and design reviews. Monitors multiple projects by Service Providers and internally managed applications to successful completion pre the expected architecture and designs. Technical Leadership Provides day to day technical and functional expertise of the Oracle HCM Fusion platform to service providers, vendors and team members Manages architecture of the Oracle HCM Fusion platform and replated Oracle component Facilitates reviews of proposed solutions with service providers, business leaders and team members Trains and/or mentors other team members, and peers as appropriate Provides financial input on department or project budgets, capital expenditures or other cost/resource estimates as requested Identifies opportunities to enhance the platform and/or service delivery processes. Delivering Technology Performs more complex quantitative and qualitative analyses for service delivery processes and projects. Supports existing applications and large projects Facilitates achievement of expected deliverables and obligations of Services Providers Validates completeness of requirements prior to Service Provider or internally managed team solutioning Through the service provider or internally managed teams, plans and coordinates complex implementation overseeing quality control of application functional design, usability, functionality, and implementation. Advises support desk on change management as it relates to support and training of new system Ensures all projects follow the defined development and business case processes Ensures proper coordination with appropriate IT and vendor relations teams Provides consultation for routine and complex systems development Ensures early warning to the business stakeholder executives regarding degraded or missed service levels IT Governance Provides ongoing update and review of platform architecture Follows all defined IR standards and processes (ie IT Governance, SM&G, Architecture, etc.), and provides input for improvements to the appropriate process owners as needed Maintains a proper balance between business and operational risk Follows the defined project management standards and processes Service Provider, COTS and Custom Application Management Monitors Service Provider and internal team's outcomes. Reviews estimates of work effort for client project provided by Service Providers and internal teams for accuracy. Facilitates timely resolution of service delivery problems and minimizes the impact to clients. Functions as an applications expert for both senior leadership and project teams in effective utilization of existing technology in business technical applications, either enterprise-wise or business-wide. Leads workgroup/project team or functions as a technical specialist. Supports and develops systems in a minimum of one environment. Develops and manages respective aspects of a project plan with minimal assistance, including schedules, deliverables, and appropriate metrics. Plans and coordinates complex integration(s) and implementation overseeing quality control of systems functional design, usability, functionality, and implementation. Coordinates with quality assurance, infrastructure services, vendor and internal application delivery teams. Provides consultation for routine and complex systems development. Provides accurate estimates of work effort for client project. Functions as a technical resource for other team members. Understanding and ability to facilitate and execute technical infrastructure, technical specialization and technical integration activities. Strong understanding of business processes, customers and functions. Required Qualifications: 3+ years experience of technical hands experience implementing and integrating Oracle HCM Fusion or ERP Cloud applications (Technical & Functional) 2+ years knowledge in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Network and Compute service components (Oracle OCI, PaaS & IaaS) 4+ years experience implementing/upgrading multiple Oracle ERP (PS, EBS) instances 2+ Understanding of REST Architecture and JSON 2+ year experience in Oracle CVE patch management for various applications and technologies 4+ years experience in implementing, administering, troubleshooting and monitoring real time and batch integrations 2+ years hands-on experience with Linux 2+ years experience leading a technology team #LI-DD #CB
