For more information, visit OverviewWe are hiring a Leader to oversee Sales Engineering team tied to our Enterprise Sector in Public Sector. This person will partner with sales leadership to achieve revenue quota targets and company goals. Responsible for demo process and securing technical wins while fostering strong relationships between sales and sales engineering to maximize success and customer adoption. Must have experiences in leading a pre-sales team with similar sales motion / solution sets. ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead a team of Sales Engineers who serve as our core product introduction, evaluation, and education experts. Hire, onboard, ramp and mentor the team to the extent each Sales Engineer can stand alone to demo Exabeam and manage their own POVs Responds to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs Develop/hone repeatable, scalable processes to drive increase in POV velocity Define and develop sales offerings and repeatable use cases that meet the needs of our customers, drive adoption of SAS product in mid markets. Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (sales, customer success, operations, product, marketing, engineering, etc.) Create training content for the SE organization when appropriate Contribute to product development by providing insight and feedback relative to customers' critical business issues and solutions opportunities QualificationsPrevious managerial / leadership experience over a remote teamSuccess in hiring, developing, leading pre-sales engineers or technical professionals.Knowledge of Security products and technologies (eg SIEM/Log Management, IDS/IPS / Network / Endpoint Security, Incident Response); understanding of SOC environment Must have excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills5+ years industry relevant experience ideally experience with SIEM technologies. Prefer expertise in at least one of the following: IBM QRadar, ArcSight, Splunk, SumoLogic, LogLogic, LogRhythm, RSA EnVision, Symantec SIM, and other similar marketplace products.Knowledge of security threats, solutions, security tools and network technologiesSelf-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable in a nimble environment.Must have the ability to travel as neededBS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experienceExabeam is privately funded by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Cisco Investments, Norwest Venture Partners, Acrew Capital, Icon Ventures, and investor Shlomo Kramer.
