Job Details Join our team! We are looking for a passionate and hard working sous chef. We at the end of July. We are a French/New American restaurant with around 70 seats that will have a seasonal menu. Ability to learn and lead is a must. Overview of Responsibilities: Oversee prep and production and assist line cooks as needed Collaborate on menu development with the Executive Chef Order, inventory and manage costs Assist with scheduling Run service and expedite Have the ability to cook every station Manage the kitchen with the Executive Chef which involves training, mentoring and diciplining Skills Required Advanced knife skills Organization, list creating and executing Must be able to multitask Must be able to lead by strong example and work ethic Must have computer skills Ability to keep calm under pressure and help others do the same Must have experience with cooking techniques and/or the willingness to learn more
