Incumbent is directly accountable for the implementation and support of Human Resources initiatives, policies, and practices. Responsibility to work with the rest of the HR functions to implement and support Human Resources initiatives, policies, and practices. This role will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of HR services and maintaining a positive union and management relationship through the accurate interpretation and execution of the collective bargaining agreementThis position will be responsible to: Provide value-added HR services to attract retain and develop employee talent in support of business initiatives. Help plan and manage Human Resource initiatives applicable to organization. Coach, counsel, offer direction and input to managers and employees on company policies and practices, staffing, employee development, HR processes, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensures that HR issues are aligned with company values and goals. Supports the communication and administration company programs and policies Provide labor relations advice and work in close consultation with the HR Director regarding employee and labor relations programming and strategies. Administers and interprets labor agreements, administers grievance procedures, and provides labor relations support during contract negotiations. Serves as liaison between managers/employees and payroll to facilitate resolution of compensation and benefits related issues. Develop and communicate business process requirements and process rules to IT systems analysts. Miscellaneous related duties or Projects as assigned Skill Sets / Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, human resources management, labor relations or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. More than 5 years of HR business partner and labor relations experience.
