We have an urgent opening for Senior Technical Recruiter - Team Lead. Let me know Location - Remote and Falls Church, VA Permanent with benefits Salary - 80-85k The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead the efforts in recruiting top talent across multiple departments and customers within the organization to support our recruiting efforts across all lines of business. The Senior Technical Recruiter will source and recruit potential candidates as well as promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the most qualified professionals. This is a full-time position that will report to the Director of Human Resources and will be based out of the Falls Church, VA (HQ) office. This position also allows for teleworking from a home office within the local Greater Washington DC Metropolitan area. Duties/Responsibilities * Source candidates within our Applicant Tracking System and pro-active recruitment of passive candidates through online resume databases * Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure proper tracking and documentation of candidate activity * Manage the entire full-life cycle recruiting process from beginning to close (eg, from sourcing and pre-screening qualified candidates to presenting verbal offers of employment) * Utilize ATS daily to track, monitor, update, and report on all recruiting efforts * Perform and facilitate all phases of the interviewing process up to, and including, the onsite interview. This includes pre-screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, coordinating, and scheduling onsite interviews, and candidate relationship management throughout the entire process * Attend weekly recruiting meetings and provide status reports to management on recruiting activity * Work directly with Hiring Managers in filling open positions * Manage and maintain all job board postings * Verify clearances with company Facilities Security Officer (FSO) * Attend proposal meetings and provide resume sourcing for proposal efforts * Train new Recruiters in the systems/process of the Team * Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities * Collaborates with a Recruiting Sourcer along with managing the functionality of the Recruiting Department Required Skills/Abilities * Proven work experience and successful track record as a Technical Recruiter * Ability to understand and explain job requirements with potential candidates * Prior experience working with or familiarity with ATS databases * General technical expertise/knowledge for understanding job requisitions is helpful * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must Education and Experience * Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred, or 6-8 years of related work experience * Solid knowledge and experience in sourcing techniques * 6+ years of technical recruiting experience * Prior experience working within a government contracting company is preferred Physical Requirements * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer * Must be able to access and navigate each department within the facility Travel Requirements * May involve up to 10% of local travel between office locations Job Requirements:Duties/Responsibilities * Source candidates within our Applicant Tracking System and pro-active recruitment of passive candidates through online resume databases * Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure proper tracking and documentation of candidate activity * Manage the entire full-life cycle recruiting process from beginning to close (eg, from sourcing and pre-screening qualified candidates to presenting verbal offers of employment) * Utilize ATS daily to track, monitor, update, and report on all recruiting efforts * Perform and facilitate all phases of the interviewing process up to, and including, the onsite interview.
