Completes or reviews appraisals ensuring reports are in compliance with regulatory and bank policy. Consistently provides good quality reports and meets service expectations on the most complex and high-risk assignments. Consistently demonstrates requiredA' valuationA' skill sets in appraisal development, reporting, and/or review. May provide guidance to others regarding the high-risk and complex appraisals. Required Experience: 5+ years ofA' valuationA' experience Certified Appraiser. Must be CERTIFIED Real Estate Appraiser with 5 years minimum experience, having a primary focus in residential (not commercial)A' valuations Corporate review experience is desired. National or regional review scope or exposure in review experience is also a plus (not within their geographically competent footprint).
