Job Title:A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Director, Client Services LOCATIONA' A' A' A' A' A' A' Remote EMPLOYMENTA' A' A' ContractA' A' Responsibilities Provide regulatory and clinical strategic guidance to the Clients and Team for drugs, biologics and therapeutics. Provide regulatory and clinical strategic guidance to the Clients and Team for medical devices and technologies. Work with Team to on board new clients and ensure strategic goals are aligned with staffing and resources. Help management continuously evaluate and refine project management processes. Oversee all project management duties on assigned projects, to include, but not limited to budget, timeline, resource, and process management. Oversees results for all projects on assigned client accounts and looks to expand contracts. Supervises Team's completion and maintenance of A' action plans and SmartSheet. Coordinates with management to evaluate and refine project management Guides Project Managers (PMs) A' working on assigned account projects to ensure success of project-may include leading critical teleconferences and meetings, guiding tasks to meet client deliverables, expanding the SOW, identifies resources and escalating specific project needs/issues internally or externally. Supports business development on assigned accounts with proposals and bid defenses as needed. Other duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience or similar services. Knowledge of early regulatory and clinical development of medical technologies and therapeutics. Demonstrated excellence in managing client expectations, challenges and projects results through client feedback/satisfaction and meeting project goals Developing Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management Must be customer focused, Internet and computer literate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, executive function, organization skills Ability to work independently Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients Time Management skills to ensure meetings are facilitated in a timely manner and to meet client deadlines Business development proficiency Bachelor's degree or higher, in life sciences.
