Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.Job Description: We are currently seeking a detailed, communicative, and eager Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform solution development and have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.About the JobUtilize Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL and related technologies for ServiceNow developmentSupport the discovery, requirements gathering, and the build out of core ServiceNow functionalityImplement multiple HR Service Requests within the HRSD scope in ServiceNowDevelop applications to facilitate Employee service requests to HR and HR fulfillment processRefactor ServiceNow software customizations during ServiceNow major updatesCollaborate with fellow developers and business analysts in an Agile development environmentUnderstand backend configuration of ServiceNowDesign tests and build test dataSupport configuration, change, and release managementMaintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work productsRequired Skills:A Bachelor's degree in a related field3-7 years related experience2+ years ServiceNow development experienceServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certificationExperience creating reports/dashboards, customized forms, and workflows in ServiceNowExperience working with Agile Development and Test Management applications of ServiceNowExcellent communication skills, written and verbalExperience working in an Agile project environment with emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable paceDesired Skills:Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applicationFamiliarity with Human Resources business processesExperience with business analysis or requirements gatheringECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
