Description Job Description:Leidos is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to support the DHMSM program. The DHMSM program provides modernization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities for the Department of Defense. The Leidos Partnership for Defense Health (LPDH) is seeking candidates for the engineering team to support a number of tasks to define, implement, deploy and sustain new capabilities for the MHS GENESIS DoD EHR system.The Software Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirementsDebug existing software and correct defectsProvide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standardsDesign and code new software or modify existing software to add new featuresIntegrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environmentsDevelop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositoriesBasic QualificationsBS Degree and 2 years of relevant experience A' A' US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain ADP2/IT2 Public Trust.
