Job Summary: Our driving mission within a Design & Service Center is the Care, Repair and Custom Design and Creation of jewelry by supporting the Kay, Zales and Jared banners and to provide excellent service to our customers. As a Jeweler, you will call upon your creativity and artistic ability to design and service jewelry. Under supervision from the Design & Service Center Manager, the Jeweler is required to perform repair and custom fabrication of jewelry to Signet's quality standards as defined by their jeweler level. Must execute production goals in a fast-paced environment. A' Jewelers will maintain Signet's quality expectation and become QC certified within 30 days. They will assume responsibility over findings, gold stock, diamonds, track daily scrap levels, and monitor jewelers log box. Attain personal goals by developing performance skills through company training and mentoring programs to move your skills to the next level. Many tools, such as jeweler's torches and lasers, must be handled carefully to avoid injury.
