Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to customers, carriers and team members while ensuring the accuracy of all assignments.Answer incoming calls and address questions with the carriers and customers. Resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate person as needed. Call on unbilled loads to obtain information required for billing.Assist employees on assigned team and follow up on errors identified for continued success.Always maintain and manage all assigned queues while ensuring quick pays are priority. Maintain group email folders and provide customer documentation as requested.Obtain new customer requirements and record in customer file and other areas to ensure proper billing from setup. Reconfirm requirements after the first invoice.
