JOB TITLE .Net & Java Backend Developer Location : McLean VA Duration : 3-6 months contract Roles & Responsibilities: Build new systems with Java, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web API, MVC Support existing applications and develop new functionality on existing software products Java, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web API, MVC Support migrating applications to AWS Cloud Design, code, and test business systems to meet client requirements Responsible for successful completion of code deliverables within projects Involved in the various phases of the SDLC Passionately mentor and motivate those around them Ability to interact with clients and have a consultative approach Oversee the execution of deliverables Ability to adapt and have flexibility within a high-growth organization Hunger for continuous learning and professional development Requirement & Qualification: 10 years of experience with Java .NET/C# and MS SQL Server 2 to 5 years of experience with AWS Need excellent support and debugging skills Need Problem solving skills to tackle business challenges Should have Intellectual curiosity to provide creative solutions Ability to work in a team environment Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Willing to work with the team and other developers across the company to continuously improve our approach to development Have strong critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills - the ability to liaise with and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders. Should have a Bachelor degree.
