  • Perform compensation benchmarking for several roles in several industries
  • Design Salary structures
  • Design and evaluate incentive and reward programs
  • Conduct compensation analysis and make recommendations
  • Develop compensation statements

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Must be highly detail oriented
  • 5+ years of compensation experience
  • Experience benchmarking and with compensation surveys
  • Knowledge of salary structures
  • Compliance Experience- compensation components of EEO and Affirmative Action
