Digital Marketing Specialist, Senior Associate

The Role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist Senior Associate will be responsible for managing display campaign execution for U.S. Card. Display campaign management will include activities such as new campaign launches, designing and implementing tests, process improvements, and optimization across our active display advertising accounts. The Senior Associate will be the expert in outbound advertising and the associated platforms and will stay in-tune with all digital marketing updates and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor digital advertising trends and generate insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization
  • Management of display campaigns, across multiple platforms, including Verizon & Google Ads, from planning & execution to analysis and reporting
  • Carry out campaign management tasks including: campaign launches, bid/budget updates, monitoring, etc.
  • Set learning agendas for specific segments and campaigns
  • Develop and execute tests, including: creative, landing page, audience, and channel expansion testing
  • Coordinate across internal teams including Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data, Technology etc. to execute display strategies end to end
  • "Self-starter", strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing specific technology tools
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
  • Ability to work with high-performing team mates, as well as partners across the enterprise


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors' degree or Military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Display or Social advertising - specifically with Google and Verizon advertising platforms
  • At least 1 year of experience analyzing and evaluating campaign performance
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters in Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with responsibilities overseeing high volume and multi-million dollar media budgets
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management
  • At least 1 year of experience in product development
  • At least 1 year of experience in working with external agencies and/or advertising platforms
