UX/UI Designer

As a UI/UX Designer on the Enterprise Servicing Team , we:
  • Think at scale. We design systems, frameworks and components that aim to deliver consistent foundational UX and enable speed to market solutioning.
  • Create strategies aimed for autonomous interactivity and delivery
  • Leverage design methodologies and user research to identify problems and create high impact solutions.
  • Honor driving business value while simultaneously enhancing the customer experience.
  • Are unapologetically data-driven, monitoring feedback and translating learnings and insights to continually iterate and enhance the customer experience.
  • Forge alliance with design/tech/product/operation advocating a healthy collaborative culture.
  • Enable and empower cross disciplinary teams to consume and contribute to the evolution of a unified platform and customer experience.
  • Partner with a talented team of cross functional designers (Research, Strategy, Service Design, Information Architecture, UX/UI) operating in a highly collaborative, support driven environment.


What you bring:
  • Superior visual design skill with precision on detail
  • Impeccable annotation of design and guidelines for how things work.
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts/data and communicate back in simple visual form
  • Fluency in visualization of data, customer journeys and visual depiction of how things work.
  • Brand acumen: Understanding of brand guidelines and how to effectively and creatively leverage and extend elements of a design system to create experiences across multiple customer touch points
  • A collaborative team driven approach to design solutioning that is inclusive of partnered voices and welcomed feedback
  • Pro-active self starter able to multi-task, with minimal supervision.
  • Experience presenting and selling design concepts to peers, management, and executive stakeholders.
  • Desire to push the realm of possibility through conceptual thinking that assumes range of solutioning (close in, middle ground and far out)
  • An insatiable appetite for learning new things.
  • Confidence and pride of work and passion for your craft


Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with User Experience design
• At least 2 years of experience with Data Visualization
• At least 2 years of experience using UI design tools
• At least 2 years of experience with prototyping tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design or related field

• At least 2 years of experience working with Enterprise teams

• At least 2 years of agency experience

• At least 2 years of experience with Design Thinking, Lean UX, or similar framework that focuses on defining user needs early

• At least 2 years experience with illustration and storyboarding
