About You: Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience. Knowledge of employment policies, laws and regulations. Experience recruiting in an agency and a corporate setting preferred. Strong sourcing skills including Boolean searching and job board sourcing. Strong detail orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Job: Manage full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer Collaborate with hiring managers to execute recruiting strategy, assess hiring needs and schedule interviews. n/ Work with candidates throughout hiring process. This includes conducting prescreen interviews, administering employment testing, conducting background checks and managing onboarding. Maintain strong pipeline of candidates and help develop standard interview process and assessment tools. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
