Support execution of marketing programs for the PACK EXPO Portfolio of Shows. Create and manage the exhibitor communications and promotional schedule in collaboration with the Director of Trade Show Marketing. Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns. Manage the exhibitor e-marketing calendar. Produce weekly email metrics reports for exhibitor marketing emails. Project Management: Organize marketing deliverables to ensure that we stay on task/timetable. Copywrite and proofread for a variety of projects, including e-marketing, websites, social media, print advertising, presentations, sales, and marketing materials. Contribute to exhibitor focused posts on social media. Act as liaison and point person for day-to-day activities with the outside vendor for the Customer Invite Program. Assist in delivering sponsorship and partner program marketing assets and marketing materials for industry events as needed.
