Our client, a top tier law firm in downtown DC, is seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! About You: A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. At least 1+ years of recruiting experience for a professional services firm; law firm experience is a plus. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships among internal staff and external clients. Excellent verbal and written communications skills (including proofreading and editing). The Job: Assist with high-volume recruiting. Review and process resumes. Schedule interviews, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Help prepare offer letters and support new hire onboarding. Other duties as assigned. This is a temporary opportunity slated to last 3+ months and paying between $20/hour-$25/hour, depending on experience.
