Reaction Retail (home of Youzey, AnySharp and Travalo) seeks to hire a Marketing & Sales Associate for its fast-growing Retail Ready division. Reaction Retail is one of the premier design and manufacturing companies that provides end-to-end solutions for retail clients. Its offerings, which span the Wholesale, Private Label, and Retail-Ready space, include beauty, home, gifts, travel, and fashion. This position is responsible for providing integral support for a growing Marketing, Sales and Operations Team that is focused on building B2B and B2C sales of its line of products. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organized, and dedicated professional with a great attitude. This is also someone who embraces the notion of wearing many hats on a small, nimble, and growing team. This is an entry-level position that reports to the VP of Sales & Digital Strategy and is based in the Rockville, MD office. Responsibilities include: Marketing: Support the brand and marketing initiatives for the upcoming launch of a new e-commerce platform, Youzey (which has been in soft-launch phase this year) Actively engage with customers on our Youzey social media channels Support the Youzey consumer email marketing effort and loyalty program Support the Youzey content strategy effort, including production and distribution of a robust pipeline of new content Work with Marketing team to develop PowerPoint Presentations and Products Line Sheets. Sales: Develop compelling sales & marketing materials (presentation decks, one sheets, pitch emails, etc.) that best showcase our products to target audiences Research sales prospects and manage robust pipeline of contacts Manage a library of marketing & sales assets (pitch material, photos, copy, etc.) Conduct outreach to new prospects to introduce them to our portfolio of products Manage the order-taking process with B2B clients Liaise with current clients to ensure they are getting their needs met in a timely manner Operations: Track client projections and forecasts, in order to support the overall inventory needs Build back-end product profiles for 3rd party online storefronts Support product inventory, pricing, and promotion on 3rd party distribution sites (ie Amazon, Walmart Market place, etc) Overall: Provide overall support to the Sales, Marketing & Operations Team Processing orders for shipping department to pack and ship Other tasks that responsibilities that arise as part of the evolution of this team and the work Minimum Qualifications/Skills: Associate or Bachelor's degree Strong communications skills (verbal and written) Ability to work well independently and with a team High-attention to detail Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word Proficiency with PowerPoint Proficiency with Google Drive A positive attitude and an understanding this is is a big part of what drives success A deep appreciation for the value of teamwork The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points if you have: 1-3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or operations Degree in marketing, business or related field a plus Experience with Adobe Photoshop or any photo editing skills Experience using Slack Experience using Hubspot
