Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will perform full life cycle recruiting of IT Professionals: Specialize in highly cleared candidates to support government contract needs.Work well with an integrated team including Management, Operations, Business Development, and Human Resources. This value-add team member will effectively recruit candidates for all open and proposal opportunities utilizing Job Boards, Internal Databases, Social Networks, Referrals, Networking, Job Fairs, Cold Calling, and other strategies. Build up a pipeline of candidates for future positions.
