WJLA-TV is looking for an experienced Marketing Consultant with deep expertise in the operations and marketing of auto dealerships to become aA' Sinclair local market subject matter expert.A' The Consultant in this position will become an integral part of our company-wide training and sales initiative focused on tier 3 auto business.A' We are looking for closers with a proven record of developing business in the Auto category, accurately forecasting revenue, and creating strategic business plans in this highly competitive vertical.A' The winning candidates will design and implement revenue growth strategies for their local market.A' Creating solid partnerships with dealers and Sinclair station leadership will be keys to success.A' If you're an industry leader, we're interested in talking to you. Specific Duties include: A' A' A' A' A' Exceed expectations for market penetration, average deal size, and total revenue in assigned geography A' A' A' A' A' Maintain consistent presence in the field driving growth from all auto dealers A' A' A' A' A' Develop, implement, and manage business plans to exceed corporate objectives and sales goals A' A' A' A' A' Act as player/coach on in-person sales calls with key decision makers at dealerships throughout the local market A' A' A' A' A' Collaborate with in-market SBG leadership to set sales goals and objectives for each local account A' A' A' A' A' Provide the Regional Digital Automotive Manager with monthly outlook and revenue forecast A' A' A' A' A' Work closely with sales management and corporate staff to ensure coordination and cooperation in support of sales and operations A' A' A' A' A' Perform other related duties as assigned Desired Skills/Experience: A' A' A' A' A' Demonstrated success in building and maintaining top-tier customer relationships A' A' A' A' A' Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of marketing strategies, automotive business cycles and consumer behavior A' A' A' A' A' Real experience and success communicating and working directly with auto dealers on identifying and achieving their business goals A' A' A' A' A' Proven track record of developing and managing sales process A' A' A' A' A' Strength is running multiple unique strategic projects concurrently Qualifications: A' A' A' A' A' Bachelor's Degree A' A' A' A' A' 3+ years of experience in dealership operations and/or digital media sales A' A' A' A' A' Experience managing a large sales territory A' A' A' A' A' Proficient in the use of office software and CRM tools A' A' A' A' A' Excellent communication, presentation, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills A' A' A' A' A' Previous sales management experience is not required but valued A' Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace!
