To help optimize our marketing expenses and support key planning and budgeting decisions, the FP&A - Senior Analyst, Marketing, will mine and consolidate key financial data for executive and leadership consumption.Key Responsibilities:Support the development of the annual operating expense budget and multi-year strategic plan for the marketing expense base, requiring extensive interaction with all levels of business and functional staffSupport month-end close process, including production of monthly reporting and frequent forecasts/outlooks relative to marketing spendSupport profitability analysis through accurate expense analysis and reporting, often involving projections based on historical or expected ROI relative to digital marketing spendA' Analyze monthly variances and coordinate with the accounting department for expense variance resolutionsDeliver high quality analysis and value-added insight to senior management by analyzing current and past trendsDevelop and maintain models to track and forecast staffing levels and operating expensesConsolidating and projecting a wide variety of financial data for board consumption using financial modelingSupport month-end close process via production of monthly reporting and frequent forecasts/outlooksAnalyze monthly variances and coordinate with the accounting department for expense variance resolutionsDeliver high quality analysis and value-added insight by analyzing current and past trendsDevelop and maintain models to track and forecast operating expensesAd-hoc reporting, analysis and business supportCompetencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail and process oriented and ability to work with dataDemonstrated ability to work across disciplinesExceptional Excel and PowerPoint skillsMaintain relationships with cross functional and business partners to ensure quality deliverablesQualifications:Minimum 3 years FP&A experience required, preferably for large, complex public entitiesExperience applying financial analysis in support of marketing expense management, including digital marketing expensesBachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferredStrong data modelling skills including ability to work with dataExceptional financial analysis skillsAbility to create and work with models related to forecasting and expense managementProven ability to interact and communicate, collaborate, influence, and partner effectively with all levels of employees and Senior Mgmt.Exceptional MS Office and data management skillsBenefits Because we want our team members to bring us their very best every day, we believe they deserve the right opportunities and benefits.
