We're looking for an experienced and proven leader to join our global Human Relations team as our VP of Total Rewards.A' You will combine your expertise in Total Rewards with an understanding of Company's culture, products, and business priorities to design Total Rewards programs that attract, reward, and retain the best talent globally. We'll look to you to balance thought leadership and pragmatism, steer through rapid change, and get hands-on when needed to drive positive change throughout the company.Job SummaryReporting to our Global Head of HR, the VP of Total Rewards will lead our total rewards strategy, building on and evolving our current total rewards philosophy and programs across compensation, benefit, and well-being. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating innovative, industry competitive reward strategies and programs and will be comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have depth of expertise in designing total reward models across different geographies and employee segments, including manufacturing and sales, and will have experience with executive compensation program design and governance. This leader will possess strong executive presence as they will interact extensively with the compensation committee of the board of directors and members of Company's executive management committee.Responsibilities:Lead the strategy, design and execution of the company's global compensation, equity, and benefits programs to enhance the employee experienceLeverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape while driving fairness and compliance in pay practices and policiesProvide strategic oversight of executive compensation, including preparation for and participation in board level discussionsDirect studies and analyses and engage resources such as external consultants, as needed, to develop and refine programsEstablish and measure key compensation and benefit program metrics to understand the effectiveness of the total rewards strategyDrive employee awareness and understanding of all compensation and benefit programsServe as member of the Investment Committee to manage the investment of overA' $700A' million of trust fund assetsCollaborate and partner with regional HR and business leadership to understand key concerns in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality, diverse talentOversee a team of 13, ensuring that all members are provided with clear expectations & direction and are empowered and held accountable to achieve their goals and perform their jobsCollaborate with other Centers of Expertise, the HR Business Partner organization, and the HR shared services function to understand insights and ensure successfully delivery of total reward programsCore CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to establish credible relationships and communicate with all levels of the organizationStrong leadership presence, with the ability to empower, energize and encourage the team to overachieveA "roll up your sleeves"A' mentality with the ability to pivot easily between strategic and tacticalDemonstrated strategic, analytic, and financial skills that translate into actionable, results-oriented plansExpertise in handling multiple priorities and navigating in a matrixed environment through collaboration and influenceA demonstrable track record of crafting and implementing total rewards strategies that align employees with shareholder valueAn enterprise-wide thinker, with a lens on how decisions made within one site or unit may affect others across the businessQualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field15 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, including Equity design, Sales Compensation, and Executive Compensation in global, public companyAbility to travel up to 20% domestically and globallyExperience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures preferredProfessional certification in compensation and/or benefits preferred
