And we're looking for an HR Business Partner that wants to grow with us!The Nitty Gritty As an HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a consultant and advisor regarding HR policy and initiatives such as performance management, onboarding, and coaching for success, with the goal of aligning HR practices to business strategies. A cents € cents Work closely with managers to provide expertise and hands-on support in multiple areas including workforce planning, onboarding, employee retention, employee relations, management coaching, performance management and change management.A cents € cents Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations matters. A cents € cents Provide full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing, and closing candidate offers.A cents € cents Lead the employee onboarding and offboarding process. A cents € cents Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.A cents € cents Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.A cents € cents Recommend improvements to policies, programs, and procedures related to the effectiveness of the HR function. A cents € cents Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues; assess risk and determine appropriate course of action; conduct thorough and objective investigations as needed; escalate complex issues to HR Director.A cents € cents Assist with designing presentations and facilitating training to client groups.A cents € cents Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and HR compliance. A cents € cents Act as resource to employees when needed providing guidance on and interpreting company policy as well as assuring that employee perspectives are heard and considered A cents € cents Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Technical recruiting a plus.A cents € cents Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment regulations A cents € cents Goal-driven, self-starter with exceptional written and oral communication skills and an ability to handle interpersonal matters tact and diplomacy A cents € cents Able to influence without the use of magical powers.A cents € cents Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
