F-35 Training Manager
The incumbent serves as the Chief Human Capital Training Coordinator. Essential Job Functions: The SI Training Coordinator supports the JPO Training Program by maintaining the current offerings and assisting to expanding the scope of the program for better support of the personnel and organizational strategies of the JPO. Provide administrative support for JPO-wide training programs. Assist in developing and executing annual plans for training in support of the overall JPO objectives. Coordinate with sources of training, assist in managing the training budget and help schedule programs that deliver focused and relevant training to JPO personnel. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. A Bachelor's degree in Science, Math, Engineering, Business, Management or a degree relevant to the position plus 9 years of experience or a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience is required. Secret Clearance Required. Minimum 5 years' experience in the management of training programs.
