Brooke Grove Retirement Village is currently seeking a full-time, temporary Floor Technician to work in the Environmental Services department. The temporary Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining floors, carpets, and tile in all areas of the facility including hallways, resident rooms, kitchen, dining areas, break areas and bathrooms. This will include deep and spot cleaning carpets and strip, wax, and buffing tile areas. The temporary Floor Technician assists with general housekeeping activities as needed and carries supplies, chemicals, and floor care equipment from building to building. The ideal candidate will have up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, and a valid MD driver's license.
