A cents € cents Verify vendors and providers fees on invoices according to contracts before entering into the system. A cents € cents Maintain new vendor and provider information setup. A cents € cents Code, match, batch and enter invoices into Microsoft Dynamics SL System. A cents € cents Send invoices for approval before making payments. A cents € cents Respond and follow up to vendors and providers inquiries. A cents € cents Maintain vendors and providers monthly Excel spreadsheets. A cents € cents Verify and enter weekly/monthly Travel Reimbursement Expense for employees and providers. A cents € cents Assist in weekly check run for vendors, monthly for providers. A cents € cents Generate and calculate Payroll Providers unit counts for quarterly bonuses. A cents € cents File vendors, employees and providers invoices when payments are made. A cents € cents Maintain files in storage room for annual destruction. A cents € cents Assist in 1099-Misc Forms preparation. A cents € cents Checking and shredding of old X-ray reports and logs for annual destruction. A cents € cents Perform other related job duties as requested by Supervisor or Management. Position Requirements: A cents € cents One year of AP experience working in a high volume environmentA cents € cents Yardi or Jenark Experience preferred A cents € cents Work independently and in a team environment A cents € cents Ability to prioritize and manage workloads and deadlines A cents € cents Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply various policies and procedures A cents € cents Self-starter with the ability to multitask A cents € cents Excellent problem-solving skills A cents € cents Handle telephone conversations in a courteous and business-like manner A cents € cents Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
