Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for implementation of recruiting practices and conducting full life-cycle recruitment for IT and administrative staff across the United States, as well as management of all candidates throughoutA' the interview and selection process. A' A' Duties include, but are not limited to: A cents € cents A' Manage full life-cycle recruiting A cents € cents A' Source, screen, and schedule candidate for interview, and activelyA' participateA' in interviews as needed A cents € cents A' Develop and implement sourcing strategies to proactivelyA' identify, attract, and hire highly-qualified professionals, as well as build an on-going talent pipeline A cents € cents A' Establish and maintain a high level of candidate engagement throughout the entire recruiting and selection process A cents € cents A' Update and maintain job boards and applicant tracking system A cents € cents A' Build relationships with hiring managers and work with them to determine needs for current and future staffing needs A cents € cents A' Understand business strategy and align recruiting plans to achieve business goals, including talent pipelines, succession planning, and compensation A cents € cents A' Identify opportunities and work to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process and practices A cents € cents A' Ensure recruitment methodologies and hiring practices are compliant with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures to ensure appropriate and fair selection, assessment, pre-screening, and post-employment methodology A cents € cents A' Develop and monitor key recruiting metrics to ensure quality standards are being met A cents € cents A' OFCCP compliance including Affirmative Action Plan reportingA' A cents € cents A' Manage Affirmative Action Outreach Programs A cents € cents A' Lead miscellaneous department projects Job Requirements:Qualifications: A cents € cents A' BA/BS Human Resources, Business, or related field A cents € cents A' Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting/talent acquisitionA' experience specifically in government contracting for aviation and transportation positions A cents € cents A' Demonstrated experience creating and executing sourcing strategies to attract top talent A cents € cents A' Highly experienced with applicant tracking systems and job boards A cents € cents A' Experience in EEO, FLSA, and OFCCP regulations A cents € cents A' Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills A cents € cents A' Excellent organizational skills, including ability to prioritizeA' and manage competing demands A cents € cents A' Ability to travel to our DC office as needed Physical requirements for this position ?
