Mindbank Consulting Group currently has an opening for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will identify resources for client government and commercial positions. The Technical Recruiter will partner and consult with Business Development Directors on all aspects of the recruiting process including recruiting plans, innovative sourcing, scheduling, screening and selection, and employment offer development and presentation. This is a Full Life Cycle Recruiting position. A' A' Technical Recruiter Responsibilities: Research, source, interview and evaluate external candidates for government cleared and commercial contracting and placement opportunities. Source and identify candidates through internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, cold-calling and attending networking events. Continually source a quality pool of applicants on a timely basis. Provide staffing solutions that involve the identification and attraction of entry-level through team lead and senior management-level talent for IT contracts both cleared and non-cleared. Provide each applicant with a positive candidate experience regardless of ultimate outcome. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with their Business Development Partner and hiring managers to ensure results-oriented solutions to staffing needs, based on established headcount and department budgets. Conduct interviews with individuals from a variety of levels using relevant interview techniques (eg, behavioral-focused interviewing/competency-based interviewing). Performing coordinating activities associated with interviewing candidates, eg, contact and communicate with candidates, scheduling interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers, having clearance checks performed. Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting processes. Collect pre-employment background checks, reference checks, verifications of employment, and administer any pre-employment testing. Extend offers of employment and prepare all onboarding packets.A' Technical Recruiter Requirements: BS/BA from an accredited university in related field. 1+ years of experience having worked in staffing recruitment settings. Maintains current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws. Thorough knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills, to include behavioral interviewing techniques. Personal computer skills to include Microsoft Office products and Web based candidate tracking systems and database systems. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated high standard of quality and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize effectively, with multiple and changing tasks. Ability to maintain appropriate degree of confidentiality. High level of initiative and problem-solving skills. Contributes to an atmosphere of teamwork, cooperation, and customer service.
