Accounts Payable CoordinatorABOUT THE COMPANYOur client is a leading, pharma company in Towson, MD looking to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator to their team! Position is currently hybrid (~2-3 days in office per week) and may change in the future to be more remote.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR: Process the day-to-day invoices of the Accounts Payable Department by monitoring Oracle's dashboard as well as the AP general mailbox. Identify and resolve issues through proactive communication and regular reporting to management. Maintain a strong customer focus and develop key relationships with all internal stakeholders and external vendors. Assist in coding and processing of invoices. Provide support and assistance for any assigned tasks.Charges and codes expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices.Support the check payment process by putting together checks with any paper back up, mail checks and file copies.Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE:BS degree or related experience3+ years accounts payable experienceConcur is a plus!Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook ERP or Oracle accounting software experience preferredStrong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSalary: $50,000-$60,000
