The Coordinating Center's Digital and Creative Marketing Manager manages The Center's internal and external marketing and communications activities. This position requires an innovator and progressive thinker who can connect digital processes to support and promote the mission-driven organization. The Digital and Creative Marketing Manager provides project management support to generate marketing content for internal and external audiences, leads vendor management, informs graphic design, manages The Center's intranet, website and social media accounts, and supports internal and external events for holiday celebrations, coworker appreciation, education and training and fundraising purposes. This position reports to the SVP, Strategic Partnerships and External Affairs and maintains a flexible work schedule to meet the business needs of the organization. Essential Responsibilities: Assists The Center's SVP, Strategic Partnerships and External Affairs with developing and implementing communication plans related to internal and external projects, programs and initiatives. Supports departments and committees as project lead for coordinating internal and external events, including, but not limited holiday celebrations, an annual coworker appreciation event, a large-scale community-wide fundraiser (annual or biennial event) and Resource Fairs with external vendors to educate coworkers on programs, services and products relevant to The Center's mission. Manages events including the vendor procurement process (eg, entertainment, catering, auctioneer), sponsor recruitment (new and reoccurring) and event promotion. Oversees the organization's internal intranet (the HUB) and website, including content development, editing, technical modifications, and relationships with outside contractors. Manages incoming web, newsletter inquires and social media accounts. Responsible for all internal and external photography and videography needs for the organization. Conducts interviews with clients virtually and in person to capture their stories through video, in writing and via photography. Assists the SVP, Strategic Partnerships and External Affairs with media relations, including press releases, the initiation of coverage or response to a request from newspaper, magazine and electronic media representatives. Assists the SVP, Strategic Partnerships and External Affairs with editorial management services as needed for promotional and educational materials including creating concepts, writing brochures, advertisements, presentations and other related materials, as well as overseeing the creative aspects of design and printing, developing editorial content, writing material, and distributing electronic communications, including e-newsletters to clients and the community. Informs and occasionally supports graphic design needs for program materials. Maintains and manages inventory (eg, brochures, promotional items) and coordinates with vendors for the purposes of print and promotional item purchasing. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in marketing, communications, public relations, media studies or another related field with 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated creative writing capability and ability to proofread marketing materials and documents. Comfortable working with diverse populations (ie, department heads, clients with disabilities, vendors and local media). Ability to communicate effectively through various forms of media. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and the flexibility to adapt to changes. Proficient in software and communication platforms for videography, design, and editing such as: Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, and iMovie, VideoScribe, Adobe Premiere Pro.
