Marketing Creative Art Director Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the SVP, will be responsible for the creative department and tasked with planning company advertisements, monitoring brand campaigns, revising presentations, and shaping brand standards. Well-versed in editorial planning, copywriting and social media promoting. Will assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside digital and content strategists, social media managers, designers, copywriters, and public relations specialists to develop work for clients in corporate real estate lifestyle.Lead a creative team and in-house design and content studio. Provide creative direction, design, UX/UI, and branding for advertising campaigns and communications for traditional and new media and channels. Responsible for design of brand identity, sales and marketing materials, print design, and web design.Produce polished, branded pieces under tight timelines to meet the approval of numerous internal teams and interface with outside vendors to ensure final delivery of all work.Concept, design, production and pre-press for the covers and interiors of trade paperback publications and hard cover books and magazines. Page lay-out and design of magazines and various book formats.Manage projects from start to finish including creative direction, project management, scheduling, budget, management of designer staff and day-to-day client contact. Responsible for project management, stakeholder interactions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field10 years in creative and design roles with increasing responsibilities (agency and/or tenue with CPG companies and global brands preferred.Expert Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Color Guide, AcrobatMicrosoft Excel, Visio, Powerpoint & Word; Google Analytics, Docs, Slides & Drive; Wordpress, HTML/CSS, BasecampDemonstrated strong communicator who knows the best solutions to handle both text and graphics, experience in corporate and product identity, branding and positioning, packaging design, illustration, and type design.
