Part-Time / Marketing Assistant Job Summary: Busy real estate team seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant that is a business professional, hard-working, systematic, has strong data entry skills, the ability to prioritize, and that strives for accuracy. This is a part time position with approximately 25 hours per week. Real estate license is not required. General duties include: Inputting data in to company softwareCreating and editing marketing materialsSocial media marketingHandling client care campaignsPreparing and re-stocking buyer and seller packets for teamAssisting the Branch Administrator with administrative tasks, as neededJob Requirements: Must be proficient in Word (Publisher and Excel a plus)Must be proficient with Social Media, proficient in marketing (creating flyers/brochures), and must be willing to work in an office setting as well as run some errands such as dropping things off for agents.People Skills: Able to Communicate Effectively and Professionally with Peers, Superiors, and Customers, Both in Written and Verbal FormFriendly & Positive Attitude Ability to Easily Build Rapport with Clients Able to be Understanding and Compassionate to Various Client Personality Types Job Specific Skills: Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills Works Well Under Pressure.
