TEGNA is looking for organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our client solutions and B2B marketing team. Our Marketing Specialist will curate and maintain our internal Marketing Library, which is used by our company's sales organization, including our multi-market sales team and teams at each of our 64 media brands in 51 markets across the country. This role will ensure that our Marketing Library is organized, updated, and useful to the sales organization. Own the content management, organization, and curation of all content on the TEGNA LibraryManage master library tracker and conduct routine audits of content within the Marketing Library, ensuring content is relevant, recent, and complies with the library architectureProactively suggest new content and alert stakeholders when content needs to be updatedConsult with sales organization to locate desired content within the Marketing LibraryHelp promote knowledge sharing across the organizationCollaborate with TEGNA sales and client solutions strategists to cultivate content related to sales best practices, client success and market trendsCollaborate with digital designers to orchestrate the launch of new library sections including the new page layout, content, manage stakeholder input, launch tiles, and internal communicationManage programming of the library homepage to determine what content is the priority, program seasonally relevant content, and determine lifecycle of promoted contentManage and research new tools and/or resources to support sales enablement Other duties and responsibilities as may be required to ensure the success of TEGNA Sample Tasks:Our team is launching a refresh of our marketing library. You may be asked to do an inventory of all collateral on the library and archive outdated materials and/or you may be asked to flag all insights/data driven collateral and prioritize which data needs to be updated.A seller in one of TEGNA's markets is looking for the best ideas on the library related to plumbing. You may be asked by the client solutions team to help identify the most relevant/latest programs in that category. In some cases the client solutions team may ask you to work directly with the seller to send program examples.TEGNA is launching a new initiative around the Super Bowl. You may be asked to lead the development of a new library section. You will work with the client solutions strategists/sellers to identify the content needed on the site, aggregate content from the markets, and you will be responsible for submitting all tasks related to getting the section designed, launched, and populated with the appropriate content. Requirements: Bachelor's DegreeMinimum two-year's experience in marketing, preferably in media, entertainment, or agency environmentsEducation and/or experience focused on knowledge management, information management, or library scienceDetailed-oriented and organized with strong communication skillsExposure to and familiarity with web-based collaborative platforms such as Microsoft SharePointExperience utilizing project management software (ie Microsoft Teams, Basecamp, etc.) a plusProven ability to troubleshoot - analyze, identify the problem, and develop solutionsAlignment with company/team values - Integrity, Impact, Inclusion, Innovation, ResultsAbout TEGNA TEGNA Inc.
