Office Manager - Surgery (VA - Weintritt)
Position Summary Strategic planning and marketing management to include promoting practice, physicians, and advanced providers in an effective manner to the public and referral sources.A' Provides day-to-day operational supervisor of a team of administrative, technical, and/or clinical (non-provider) employees and directs office support services to provide support for physician and other providers; and excellent experience for patients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities A' A' To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Provides day-to-day operational supervision of a team of administrative, technical, and/or clinical (non-provider) employees. Includes working in collaboration with Administrator to interview, hire, terminate, discipline, manage performance, etc of non-provider team members.Provides guidance and support to team members.Coordinates operational needs/requirements of office to include but not limited to maintainA' A' machines and equipment; to procure office and medical supplies, equipment, phone service, IT support, etcAssists in providing information for budget justification, and maintains reports and records needed to account for utilization of funds.Performs research to collect, analyze and present substantive information for incorporation in administrative and /or technical documents, articles, agenda and correspondence.Develops, evaluates, recommends and implements methods to improve the processing of the work of the office and utilization of personnel and equipment.Other duties as assigned and/or needed. Two years of progressive supervisory responsibility.
