PAE is currently seeking an innovative, fast-paced Human Resources Senior Manager to lead our Human Resources business partnering and Recruiting teams for our Counter-Threat Solutions Business Area. This role can be based remotely, but once we return from our fully remote COVID posture, it will require regular travel/presence in Fredricksburg, DC area, and/or Tampa, FL. At PAE, our HR business partnering teams are "operators-first", focusing our efforts running at the extremely fast pace of our business, so that we are ahead of our operations teams in ensuring our talent needs are always met. What You'll Be Doing This is a strategic leadership role, with a particular focus on partnering with the CTS Vice President and their leadership team to transform the HR function into a strategic support team able to anticipate future talent programs and processes that will ensure our success in current and developing business capabilities.
