Position: IT Technical Recruiter (Temporary - 4 Month Assignment) PrimaryA' Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted adviserA' by providing consultation and education to hiring managers. Develop and implement targeted sourcing initiatives that align with business plans and generate a pipeline of qualified candidates. Develop and execute strategies to build brand awarenessA' in the IT and Veteran communities. Develop and maintain sources of hires including employee referrals, Internet, diversity, and campus recruiting and professional groups. Perform consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring that support a highly positive candidate experience. Partner with HR team in all areas pertaining to the attraction and retention of highly skilled employees. Manage and maintain all applicant records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with OFCCP, EEOC and other Federal or State guidelines.A' Provide training to hiring managers on interviewing best practices. Keep others apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to hiring manager and stakeholders, networking cross-functionally, and influencing peers, hiring managers, etc.A' Solve problems and produce solutions by offering suggestions, new ideas, or alternatives to improve or modify work processes; respond to urgent needs for information and analyses and request data or help from others as needed.A' Meet and partner with hiring manager and act as a search expert by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements andA' pro-actively investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.A' Manage offer process, including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines. Qualifications Title: IT Technical Recruiter (Temporary -A' 6 Months) Location: Falls Church, VA Must have 5 + A' years of proven technical recruiting experience with aA' government contracting company, staffing agencyA' or fast paced corporate environment highly desiredA' Working knowledge of general HR requirements, compensation practices and EEOC and OFCCP regulationsA' Demonstrated experience providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of IT professionals. Experience sourcing candidates in the IT field fromA' on-line databases as well as passive candidates through networking, cold calling,A' Internet searches, and researchA' Knowledge of social media and innovative channels to drive messaging and attraction to IntelliDyne brand desiredA' Experience developing and maintaining strong partnershipsA' with hiring managers and business leadersA' Experience preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports Demonstrated ability to solve problems based upon available information and deliver work according to assigned time linesA' Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation to see the team succeedA' Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing prioritiesA' Proven organization skills strong computer and internet skills Experience recruiting for high volume, quick turnover proposal efforts Desired: Bachelors degree desired Greenhouse experience strongly preferred Telework: This position is eligible for telework EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
