In this role, you will be an integral role of our accounting team and will need to be someone with a well-rounded background in Accounting a good level of attention to detail. This position will report directly to our accounting manager. Essential Duties: Cash Application Lockbox ACH Credit Cards Bank Deposits Daily Cash Log Petty Cash Management Assisting with Customer AR Management (ie billing adjustments, credit memos, customer refunds, write-offs) Aiding with AR collections where necessary Bank Reconciliations Sales & Use Tax Payments (MD, DC, FL, VA, PA) Back up Accounts Payable (if necessary) About the Company:A' Advance is a complete business solutions provider serving the greater Baltimore and surrounding areas.
