Senior HR Generalist - Recruiting & Employee Relations
The National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation, or CFC, seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist specializing in Recruitment & Employee Relations. In this position you will support CFC's efforts to attract, retain and engage staff to meet CFC's present and future talent needs. You will also contribute to positive employee relations as a resource to managers and employees on policies, practices, performance issues and employee engagement. As a Senior HR Generalist - Recruiting & Employee Relations, you will: A cents € cents Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a variety of openings to include senior financial and technical positions, partnering with management to create effective search strategies and using multiple methods to attract the best talent. A cents € cents Handle HR processes, compliance and reporting in the employment function to include required reporting, new hire on-boarding and exit processing. A cents € cents Act as an employee resource for policy questions and work-related concerns. A cents € cents Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues. A cents € cents Promote CFC culture and employment branding though effective promotional communications as well as contributing to employee engagement initiatives such as community service, team building and employee events. A cents € cents Prepare information, reports and presentation materials for employees and management. A cents € cents Contribute to HR team projects and collaborate on initiatives across all HR functional areas.
