We are currently seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our client's talent acquisition strategy and implementation. The Director of Talent Acquisition will partner leaders at every level of the organization n to ensure the human capital needs of a growing and dynamic organization are met. As the leader of the talent recruitment function, the Director of Talent Acquisition will use data to implement Talent Acquisition systems.A' This is a full time position and our client has a very strong company culture and will pay based upon experience, which could range from $72,500 and $80,000 on an annual basis.Responsibilities:As a strategic business partner, develop an effective, dynamic, and data driven talent acquisition strategy to recruit qualified, mission-oriented team members, with a focus on the high volume recruitment.Using a new HRIS tool, design Talent Acquisition systems for hiring managers and department/division heads, and create scorecards, interview questions, work samples, and other materials to aid in the interview process, as needed.In partnership with the Senior Director of Strategic Communication and outside marketing venders, support the development of marketing and branding strategies.Manage all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) and foster a collaborative, seamless handoff of new hires to Talent Experience.A' Requirements:Five plus years of recruitment experience, with three years leading talent acquisition strategiesHigh School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in human resources management, strongly preferredMust had experience with high volume recruitment for entry level positionsWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
