Recruiting Marketing Manager needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Elkton, PA. What You'll Be Doing: We are in search of an organized Recruitment Marketing & Technology lead to drive recruitment marketing efforts which position the company as an employer of choice. The ideal candidate will understand business priorities, recruitment needs, audience, and work with internal & external stakeholders to create the supporting content (marketing materials) of our recruitment marketing and branding strategies, as well as recruiting technology & tools. The resource will manage paid and organic marketing, content planning, and social media initiatives to support the integrated Digital Employer Brand Strategy for Global Talent Acquisition. They will create, plan, and implement recruitment marketing strategies to build employer brand awareness online. They will work to maintain the consistent flow of content from the business to the marketing agency. They will drive content through authentic storytelling, leadership activation, and highlight diversity & inclusion stories to ultimately attract great talent. This resource will also use coordination and planning to develop and execute LinkedIn campaigns. Deliver final imagery and messaging content to agency for inclusion in the monthly content calendar. Capture content when attending live events to be posted on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. They will manage relationships with our recruiting tools/technologies vendors including direct employers, seek out, LinkedIn, Phenom People, etc. Identify system and process enhancements that align best practices with business goals, including prioritization and management of expectations to meet project deadlines and budgets. Provide expertise on technologies that can be utilized such as ATS, CRM, Digital Screening, Video Interviewing, assessments, survey, and other talent technologies. Act as the point of contact for the talent acquisition team to offer technology assistance in creating recruitment campaigns and delivering training on CRM platform to increase talent acquisition usage of the CRM. Required: 4 years of professional business experience in digital & recruitment marketing, Social Media, Public Relations & Communications in a corporate/business environment. Candidate must have some Talent Platform experience PM in Marketing and or branding would be a PLUS Social media platforms, Web/Social publishing, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, other emerging social media channels, and a proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter dashboard administration. Also, ability to track, generate and analyze metrics. Phenom People or similar Talent Experience platforms Website content management systems (CMS) platforms (Phenom People/Kapost/ WordPress or similar) and/or website development SEO (search engine optimization) and SEM (search engine marketing). Recruitment marketing or digital marketing, branding, or a similar discipline Ability to manage multiple projects at once, work independently and take initiative and ownership of work; organizing work from start to finish Creative writing skills and sense of image, photo, and video composition Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, mobilize and motivate teams, team player Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives What's In It For You?
