Admin Coordinator - HR/Talent Acquisition
This position is predominately responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Works closely with Recruitment Consultants to ensure compliance with pre-hire requirements and the new hire file. This role provides a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of talent acquisition process. The Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruiting team during all phases of the recruitment process, from partnering with recruiters to reaching out to potential candidates, working with hiring managers, and scheduling interviews. Job Requirements:Requirements: High school diploma with minimum three or more (3+) years of relevant experience MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook . SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE KIND and LENGTH of EXPERIENCE Three or more years of administrative / clerical experience Strong organizational and time management skills while maintaining a high-level of detail Ability to provide exceptional customer service, passion for the candidate experience Strong relationship building skills that demonstrate the ability to be social, engaging, personable, friendly, curious and inquisitive. Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making ability Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Applicant tracking system (PeopleSoft and/or WorkDay) Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to associates of the organization. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to confidentially handle sensitive associate issues.
