Project Architect(Mid to Sr. Level)
A nationally ranked, award-winning arcthiectural and engineering firm is currently seeking a Mid to Senior Level Project Architect to join their rapidly-growing team. Their portfolio of work consists of new construction, renovation and historic preservation projects for Universities, Government, Healthcare and Science & Technology. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for the leadership and technical execution of project design, building code and stamping, technical quality of project documentation. Please see a more detailed job description below Responsibilities:Plan and conduct work requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, adaption and modification of standard construction components and systems to execute design intent. Responsible for stamping and sealing bid documents.Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate detailed phases of professional work in part of a medium scope project or in a total project of smaller scope. Coordinate the layout, design, drafting and specifications produced by other architects and technicians who assist in specific assignments.Assist in establishing project design criteriaPosition Requirements:Professional degree in Architecture or closely related field of studyAt least 7 year's of related experienceMust be a Registered ArchitectAbility to use BIM and Revit softwareThorough knowledge of architectural practices and basic building code principles.Ability to lead others and foster team work.Proactive management styleTo be considered for this position, please apply with resume and portfolio of work.
