For IMMEDIATE consideration, please forward on a resume to me, Andy Smith at: asmith@.What You'll Get to Do:A' A cents € cents Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination/scheduling, offer negotiation and closing of candidatesA' A cents € cents Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques such as Internet job boards; search engines; social media sites; cold calling targeted candidates and companies; networking through professional associations, user groups, and list servs; employee/candidate referrals and alumni; along with internal mobilityA' A cents € cents Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talentA' A cents € cents Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, and promote effective and efficient hiring practices using consultative skills to influence all levels of internal stakeholdersA' A cents € cents Track and record recruiting activities in accordance with CACI business processes and DoL/OFFCP regulations; prepare reports to business leaders as required/requestedA' A cents € cents Represent CACI and its values in all interactions with potential internal and external candidatesA' You'll Bring These Qualifications:A' A cents € cents Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA' A cents € cents 5+ years of related recruiting experience, preferably in the Intelligence CommunityA' A cents € cents Ability to create Large-scale recruiting strategies, cultivate an online presence for purposes of attracting talent.
